Our project seeks to take advantage of organic waste that allows, classify, collect and transform it into high quality agricultural inputs and at the same time produce animal protein from various species, for human and animal consumption.Our project has developed different types of fertilizers and natural pest controllers that allow to recover the quality of worn agricultural soils and protect crops from pests and changes in climatic conditions (frost, excessive rains, drought) which allows increasing agricultural production on average 20 to 40%,In the case of animal protein, we have developed systems for the production of California red worm, cricket, mealybug, snail that will allow us to obtain foods with high protein content.Our project seeks to take advantage of all the edible insects in our country, it is estimated that Mexico has about 550 types of insects that may be susceptible to being reproduced in captivity and using organic waste as a food source.
